Before you write

If you already have an Orbix Mail account, email us from the address on the account and include your mailbox number. For a question about a specific item, add the item ID shown in your dashboard. That lets us find it without asking you to repeat yourself.

Web app status

The website is currently a preview. Sign-in, account creation, and the mail dashboard arrive on the web in a future update. If you already use the Orbix Mail app, email us from the address on your account and we will take it from there.
